watches with logos like this are not exactly uncommon from this time period. They tend towards airlines, oil companies, airplane service (esp in the Middle East looks at TAG) and Middle Eastern countries and thier air forces. Telco’s also sometimes show up.

While you are fixing the date window to "ЧТВ" you can change "SWISS MADE" to "сделал русский"
