·Ok, this one was easy 😉. It’s an old logo from the „Halliburton Oilfield Services“.
And now iam heading back to the first one 😵💫
E: And somehow the logo of the oilfield company looks very similar to the first logo...

Hello guys, thank you very much for your time on this guessing game.
I bought this watch in Germany.
Unfortunately, the former owner didn't know the logo either. The logo can also come from a European country.
The fang is an interesting feature on that logo.
Maybe it is a stylized Griffin creature?
The Griffin has a lion's body with a birds head and wings.
Here is an example of the Griffin being used for the Vauxhall car logo.
Maybe searching for a European company that used a Griffin (also spelled Gryphon) as a company logo might find it.
I never before met anyone from VA who would have even heard of Vauxhall - impressive! It was the GM subsidiary in England back when, but even in continental Europe the same vehicles were badged Opel. I spent some time at their plant in Luton (southern UK). No-one was handing out watches to star employees, customers, or suppliers though...
As far as British cars, I've owned a couple of Jaguars (a Series II E-Type FHC and Vanden Plas sedan).
So, I had heard of Vauxhall but never owned one.
