Hi everyone. This Constellation is currently on eBay described as a pie pan. When I see obvious listing mistakes I often take the trouble of messaging the seller but regardless of what I have said and what pictures I have provided this seller is adamant it's a pie pan. It isn't! I can do no more so maybe your kind intervention might convince him to do the right thing and amend his listing.
If the seller is prepared to describe a watch with a dirty dial, polished case, destroyed observatory, filthy movement and wrong crown as being in very fine condition, I don't think there's much chance of him amending "pie pan" to "dome dial" irrespective of any consensus here or anywhere else. Ugly is ugly whatever you call it.

·The vast majority of buyers for whom pie-pan means anything will see through this. Anyone else who doesn't do at least a minimum of research, and buys an item in such cruddy condition deserves what they end up with. Long and short of it, I don't think you're protecting anyone by hoping the seller will change the listing.
