When did the red Omega warranty card start?

There have been a couple of versions of the red card but the cream one seems to have disappeared around 1997. There wont be many (any?) Superluminova lume models with the old cream card.

I may have been in error above or at least not explained myself very well. There were 2 cream cards used in the 1990s. The first one had a red border. That is one that seems to have disappeared by 1997. There was a second version used that was seen up to roughly 2000. It used to be the case until 5 years ago that you could for a fee ask Omega to replace missing cards which they would do but with the original numbers and date of production but they no longer do this, so a later card can legitimately sometimes be seen with a watch if this has occurred.
