Interesting choice. Is this for watch work?

I am pretty sure I will be able to use the subdial hand to replace the minute counter hand on mine which has some paint loss. Thanks to @Foo2rama for some advice.
It is, I pondered a lot of options before settling on this one, I suspect I will eventually also get a WW pattern lathe but these Sherlines have a lot of options for accessories and once taking a truing skim on the collet adaptor should run true with the 8mm collets.
This also has the advantage of compatibility of accessories for a mill down the line too.
I'll be interested to know how the runout is with the collets. I've seen comments that the collets don't work particularly well in these...at least for very fine work.
