And another dial for the pile
Really like this one. Bad photos, should have done it out of the holder but you get the idea. One of the earlier ones (I believe) as it has the textured sub dials vs the smooth ones.

Today was all about watches. Made my first watch purchase from an Omega Forums member. Found a sweet Elgin in the junk drawer. And these showed up too. I think I need professional help.

I paid a buddy to turn a chunk of aluminum into a bleeder cup funnel for my Vari-matic parts cleaner. Can’t wait to see if it works!!

Just in time for Speedy Tuesday…😁

I was informed I t was given a light polish during a factory service, for the most part it’s pretty sharp, but it’s for a mkii racing dial conversion so I’m not looking at it from a purists point of view and figured it’s more than worth a save from the parts bin. Gotta say I’m pretty excited about and looking forward to being able to wear it on my wrist.

Yes sir! Actually we both found it. It's the one from Speed Meister that you recommended. We were able to come to an agreement for the mid case and case back. It happened to come with pushers as well, so that was a nice bonus.

I appreciate the confidence! I’ll just be destroying things for awhile.

Sent to me for free by a very generous member of another forum I just joined. The watch community is too cool. This will be my first practice movement.

Bleeder cup worked like a charm and now I must sync the machine as to not destroy the jars.

Lunareplica short strap. I like it so far; I don't think the sticky portion of the Velcro is as long as that on the kizzi strap but it's still sticks pretty well… Price point is pretty fair.
