God damn, this is a dangerous thread. I wanted one so badly. Problem is my 6” wrist disagreed. I’m thinking that mesh bracelet can work for my massive 6” wrist. Any 6er pulled this off? Photos please.

why isn’t Omega eating Panerai’s cake and offer a 42mm size?
come on!

The new version with Ti bracelet sits really well on a small wrist, mine is 6.75" and the weight is good.

I don't think it wears any bigger than a 42mm PO

Try one on in an OB, you might be surprised.

I hope this helps.

The serial number suggests 1972, I'm waiting for an extract.
Amazing what a bit of Polywatch can do

Lots of battle scars on the case bro. But a very fine example nonetheless. 😀

The Ploprof is one of my favorite watches. As is this thread. I figured I would give it a bump. My Ploprof is over 48 years old.

If you are not sure about the Ploprof, give this entire thread a read and maybe you just might want to take the dive and get a vintage (or modern) Ploprof.

Just got my nicest Ploprof back from a fresh service. It had obviously been well looked after, never polished, original crown and red button (both differ from modern service ones) plus the original box. Serial 33.100.*** delivered to U.S.A Feb 1975.

Fabulous example and cool box!

Not too bad for a toolwatch born in '71

This thread is worthy of a bump. Lots of good info for those that own or looking to own a vintage Ploprof.
