Vintage Omega from 1960 advice

Hello,

I´m not new to mechanical watches, but the whole vintage Omega world is completely new to me. Therefore, I thought it is best to ask the professionals before I make a mistake while buying a vintage Omega watch.

I´m looking for a vintage Omega which can be dated to 1960 as good as possible. (It is intended as a birthday present, so the year is important). I found this vintage omega on chrono24 which for me as a layman looks good.

The rough production year you can determine from the serial matches the year of the reference number in the omega database. (https://www.omegawatches.com/de-de/watch-omega-other-omega-ck-14391)

The dial matches pictures of other watches I found online, but on other watches I could not see the dots of lume on the hour markers. Other watches also had no lume on the hands. So, I’m not sure if this is normal or not.

I appreciate your feedback. How would you rate the watch and the price? Is it an acceptable offer?

If anyone wants to see the full offer, here is the link:

I guess it depends what you are looking for. From a collector's perspective, the watch is not desirable because of the condition of the dial, hands, and case. But if it looks good to you, and you think it will be appreciated by the person receiving the gift, then you don't have to worry about those issues.

The case heavily polished, dial repainted, relumed, and mismatched hands. This will be of little interest to anyone who is serious about vintage Omega watches.

Well......the movement is nice, but that's about it.
The rest is rather undesirable.
