This thread is seriously superlative. Every once in a while, I would see a constellation that looks decent on ebay. But once I compare those to the ones here, the ebay ones immediately look horrendous.

A recently acquired second '57 vintage Constellation.

Photo pulled from auction

Feels all better now. Looks better than my photographic capabilities illustrate.

My original ol' ratty Constellation with it's bad re-dial in a photo taken years ago. I've worn it more than any other single watch I've ever had. It's been a great-running watch and I'd like to do something with it. Am debating re-doing the re-do.

Even though I've posted about getting it only recently -it's only right that I add my Constellation to the pot.
probably 65/67/67 (won't know until I get home and get the back off)
cal 564
dome dial

-Sitting in DXB waiting for a 2am flight to Blighty and course what better to do than to go to OF.

The Connie is in my pocket (bracelet too big to wear -and the Omega boutique in Dubai Mall said they would have to send it to Switzerland to remove a couple of links.....).
Whilst home I'll decide where to send it off to for some TLC.

So hopefully in a couple of months it might look somewhere as near as good as the previous posts.

Amazing individual watches guys -but to see the collections of constellations is just too much........gobsmacked!

Just have to be patient, and keep looking. I got my first on eBay (I was a noob and got lucky), and then from a trusted, veteran OmegaForums member in 'Private Sales':

'54 ref. 2782, cal 354 '58 ref. 2887, cal 505

... and I've been here for only 6 months!

Beautiful pictures of Connies and their variations. My two favorites - black dial with rose gold and hidden crown, and white dial with yellow gold.
