Wow, it looks amazing, I love it. Mine was redialed... But I love it. I'm wondering if I should keep it or not .

It's also a cal 564 , case 168.005

Yes Redial, but its a nice watch. The n in constellation is what gave it away for me. Though im still learning.

The inside out for a change
That movement looks like it just left Bienne. And it's been 67 years. Impressive.

So this arrived today from the other side of the world, and I can't keep the smile off my face. It is a cal 561, 35.5mm 18k gold case 1685004, with Birmingham hallmarks for 1965, ALD 437480, indicating that the gold case was made by English firm A L Dennison.

The original box is nice too.

Looks like a redial to me
That may affect any resale value but shouldn’t diminish your actual enjoyment in wearing it.

@cristos71 correct and it was sold as "dial's background professionally renewed" and it does not bother me too much. @Spruce thank you for your kind words and I really do enjoy wearing it😉

Wow! Rarely see a medalion in as perfect shape as that, even in pictures! Can I borrow your time machine when you're done?
