    Me too. I'm not a 1%er but I am a 5%er!

I wish I had a color printer; I'd print your next photo, frame it, and put it up with a sign that said GOALS.

$5000 USD.....I have one for sale.....my uncle gave it to me when I came of age and was coronated the 3rd Visgothic King of Scam-istan.

But really, search the Private Sale forum here, not hard to see what they go for.....

I just picked one up for $750 but the friendly OF peanut gallery says it's worth ~1250.

How much to you care about condition?

168.025 arrived yesterday after a nervous month-long wait for the zero-feedback ebayer to post it. Here is a first wrist shot on the only strap I had lying around.

Congratulations! These two-tone Connies are difficult to find.

Wrong (and possibly damaged) crown; also, the tip of the seconds hand appears clipped, which could be an indication of a non-Omega replacement crystal.

Appreciate the thought, though, Thomas! The image I posted was from an eBay listing last year (to the best of my recollection), and was actually locally sourced and reasonably priced. The only reason I didn't get it was the usual excuse: tlof.

    :(

Well a second hand and crown is not a big issue and I guess both is available :)

I take it back, Thomas - that might well be a correct crown, although the tube still looks damaged. Finding parts, though, seems to have become considerably more difficult recently. Just ran a check on 154 end pieces for an 1159 bracelet, and can't find any; they used to be common.

I think I saw it on eBay too, but the faded hour markers and the wrong hands were my main excuse.. :)

    It's probably just the timing
    Omega used the officially certified
Then they didn't for a short time
    Then they did again
