I ran across this one the other day. they guy is asking $550, although I may be able to talk him down some. What do you think? What could have caused the spotting on the dial? Should this be a 562cal?

562 isn't a chronometer movement
Spotting is 'bubbling' in the lacquer on the dial
Lugs look a little odd but could just be polished

I'd pass on this, if it has a cal, 562 it's a franken...much better ones out there!
