Indeed they have one of the glossiest dials I have seen too, in companion with some late 50s beefy lugs Seamaster as well!

Wonder what cause this, did they change dial manufacturier or started using another method when making the dials in the mid to late 50s?

Valjoux 69 powered chrono with a 28mm case. The dial is refinished, but a nice job I would say. The gloss black looks great on the wrist. Believe it or not, the 28mm case wears very well on the wrist.
