Wowser!

Very nice vintage black dialed machines here!

Question: What age is considered "vintage" regarding watches? 20 years? 25 years? 30 years?

LATE ENTRY: The reason I'm asking regarding what age is considered "vintage" is because I'd like to post my beloved SEIKO 6309-7049 that I purchased new in OCT87 (built DEC86). 😁

Those are amazing, both! That Auricoste is about the best I have seen. 👍

I will eventually get a few more of these Type 20/21 - among my favorite chronographs.

An Auricoste CEV-issued is at the top of my list.😁

@Ludi...Are you finished yet?

Gee whiz, dude!

👍 👍 👍

Nope 😜 ... 3 more for you then, the first 2 are military issued, Royal Navy Fleet though

CWC 1974 batch, classical greenish index noticeable of this peculiar year (don't know why ?)

Lemania Gen3, funnily enough it's a Lemania 15CHT inside, instead of the expected Lemania 2220 caliber. Transition model between gen 2 and 3 ?!?

... which leads to an other Lemania, TG195, except civilian model - must confess I haven't the faintest idea of how much of them were made ?!?

Thank you 👍 ... yours are not bad either 🥰

Hard to get, one of these, all steel made, very few ever issued 😵‍💫 ... Btw, for those unaware of this, CEV means Centre d'Essai en Vol, our own Chuck yeager incubator 😁

Not to forget the Speedies

insert ->here<- an imaginary picture of a 145.022-68 transitional, somewhere on its journey to my hairy wrist

I guess black dials but white subdials are irrelevant, aren't they ?
