Patience patience. I agree its a nice to have but not an essential book worth that kind of money. A year or two ago paid just $103 (no dust cover, but book itself in VG condition with no wear) and $43 for int. shipping but it was one of the best book packing jobs I've ever seen. Edit - was great packing but I paid Euro 105 all in with shipping, that was another book above I have a pet peeve about bent corners! Especially on expensive books.
Funny thing is that amazon started with just books and they are the worst book shippers in the world, they just throw them in a too big bpx with a couple of bigger air bubbles in it and they bang around.and get bent. I'd say I return 2/3 of the high end books I buy there, try to avoid them if money is close.
