The tachymetre looks good to me. There is another for sale down in New Zealand. I have no connection to the seller and this is his picture.
Ref 181102 is a very rare bird indeed. I could neither afford nor wear one of these but what a glorious way to sign off the 60s Tri Compax.
I like the look of this watch but I think it may have been touched up or partially re dialed. Thoughts

Why do you think so?
Would also be nice if you insert pics here.
A couple of things I was curious about since I’m still trying to nail down what is and what isn’t. First thing was the day sundial. The numbers are close to the edge and then start drifting away at 5-7. The TR and PAX drift from subdial. The date subdial looks off centered. It doesn’t touch both Day and Month windows and the raised hour markers at 11 and 1 don’t look right. No offense I’m just asking to see if I’m right

Agreed. it is minimal off center. But if you have a look at how fine the printing is there is hardly a doubt. Look at the small serifs. If a redial (what I don't think), it is an old one and near perfect.
That is not a printing problem but a "problem" of the dial.
No problem. I was just asking where you see the problems. For learning purposes, it is better you say it first.
What about the raised hour marker not touching the subdial?
It appears from time to time that the markers were not perfectly aligned.
Example:

There, the 7 o'clock marker is also not aligned.
A possible explanation could be that the marker simply shifted. However, this is only possible if it is attached with one pin and not with two.
