Universal Geneve Case back markings

Hi All,
Trying to get some clarifications about UG case back marks.
For same period, around 1941-1942, serial 8XXXXX, I have two UG's with diferent UG stamps (both in steel)
Serials are 8263XX, and 8754XX
Is this normal?
Was during this period, that UG changed stamps?
Any clarification much appreciated

The second was mid thirties. Transition was late 30’s ... check our Dre’s UG information sticky. Why is the second pic so yellow?

Bad picture and old.
Tomorrow I try to take better.
But caseback as this marks on the outside.
My fathers watch, he has it around 1950´s

Your earlier case back looks exactly like the example on p90 of Sala (logo used up until 1937 apparently).

Your later case back looks less like the example on p91 as the Enversteel text is different but I'm sure it's fine as the logo looks spot on.

I'm not familiar with these early chronographs, which is why I was leafing through Sala.

I assume case backs are not stamped with a serial/reference no. until they are part of an assembled watch so they can be "old" stock on a "new" watch.
