Could I ask your help in identify this case?

I bought it some time back with I think a bunch of Omega stuff.

The case is in nice condition, 35mm wide and the case back is marked Universal Geneve 284.465 but when I have looked for that case on the internet it shows a case with the black Tachymetre bezel. This case is fitted with a plain steel bezel.

Any help would be much appreciated.
