Omega DeVille case back markings?

Saw this, presumably ladies, Omega DeVille today. 24mm case in gold. It's in lovely condition all round, even the strap, and with a beautiful dial. Age = 60's 70's perhaps?

Two questions, firstly what do the two marks on the case back signify?

Secondly, do the hands look right in black (not blued steel unless they're very blued....)?

It's 18ct solid gold the left stamp looks A750A ? Don't know what the A symbols are but 750 is 18ct the right stamp is used by Switzerland to identify it's SILVER AND GOLD HALLMARKS. more details would be stamped inside on the back cover

Many thanks Wat-1 - I'll need to get the back off to confirm if it's quartz. So far I can't see if there was a mechanical version in the same case.
