Hi @CLAUDE BESSON and welcome to the forum! We would recommend that you run away from that watch. Instead spend your time reviewing threads in this forum that feature vintage UG chronographs. Try to find the reference book by Pietro Giuliano Sala on UG chronographs, and look in the Sales forum for watches that occasionally come up for sale here.

You need to learn what to look for (in a correct watch) and what to avoid, which is a challenge even for the most experienced collectors of UG chronographs.

Look at some pictures of real UG dials. Then you will smirk and move on.

Thank you all for your answers ! I had serious doubts, hence my post and the need of your advices.
I'll keep away from that watch so. For the avatar, it's my prefered, but I don't mind at all if I have to change it.

Hello,

Actually the case, handset, movement, crown and pushers all look fine.
The (re)dial is just terrible.
So if it’s very cheap and you are willing to spend some (a lot of) time looking for an original black dial, then the watch might be worth buying...

Thank you martinc, i'm not that stuck to it, and the price is rather high, and most, I'm not at all familiar with this brand. I've read a few posts about "reproduction" dials, very easy to make a mistake again.....
Anyway, I really thank you all for your kindness !
