Hi all,
Is there a tool (Bergeon ?) which is adapted to easily remove and put back a speedmaster bracelet ? (speed from the 90's, bracelet 1479 )

There seems to be plenty of videos on YouTube regarding the removal of Speedy bracelets, perhaps you could browse and see if there's anything that can help you.

First search result for me:

A 1.4mm screwdriver is recommended - Bergeon as mentioned in the video.

With a bit of practice, any decent tool will work, you just need to apply a bit of tension after releasing the first side of the bar. However, you can buy one of those tweezer style tools if you would like to have something specialized. There are probably 20 threads on OF on the topic.

This one:
The Horotec version is probably good enough and is less expensive. That's what I have. Admittedly, I don't often use it.

Cant speak for the Moonwatch but for my Automatic to be honest I use an Bergeon 7767 and that work perfectly for me.
But I have experience for changing maybe a thousand bracelets and for beginners the 7825 is perfect with the bonus that you dont have to separate the clasp.

Get a nice quality strap removal tool. Don't leverage against the case, etc. to avoid scratches. Some people even use dental floss to avoid scratches. In the end, you might get scratches on the lugs but hopefully that doesn't really bother you.

Enjoy your watch!
