Longines case 6995 - how to remove the movement?

Hi folks, I need your help here, please.

I have a Longines watch in a 6995 case, I unscrewed the case back but next, I'm not sure if I should remove the bezel or if there is any other way to remove the movement from the case. I doubt removing the bezel because I cannot find a slot between the case and the bezel to slide the opener in. I cleaned the dirt all around it but still could not see any slot even under decent magnification. Is there any trick how to open bezels in such cases?

I guess the screws that hold the movement are removed after the bezel is off so it goes out from the front side, right?

Sorry for the newbie question, but haven't worked on a case like that before so I'm trying to be careful not to damage the case so some guidance would be highly appreciated.

Sorry for the cheesy pictures 馃榾

Thanks in advance,

Based on similar watches I've worked on you need to gently pry the movement with the spacer ring from the case then remove the retainer screws to free the movement from the ring.

Thanks much @X350 XJR it worked 馃榾

I have one more question, now regarding the dial... it looks to be original to me (not re-dial), there are signs of aging on the varnish, and the prints "Longines" and "swiss made" look quite authentic to me(but I'm just a beginner 馃榾), but the "wings" are a little bit not centered, slightly shifted to the left.

Are these wings usually glued to the dial or attached with centering pins? I guess at some point in the past it fell off and it was glued back slightly shifted to a side?

Wondering what you guys think about this?

Cheers,

Your dial has embossed hour markers and applied wings, riveted (pins), probably two.
