One of the pandas just popped up on an Australian Facebook sales forum for AU$14,000. Given the price for a reserved Speedy Tuesday 2 is AU$8720 I would think this is optimistic at the extreme.

Can you confirm that you actually purchased these to pieces?

I went to the Omega dealer made a reservation but they were unable to confirm at all when the watches would be available.

Yeah, first day of availability. The boutique at Umeda sold out that first day. I'm guessing they'll get new stock again.

I love the panda but just can't seem to get in touch with any of the Japanese ADs. I've tried emailing a few but I either don't get a response or they don't understand the Japanese my translator is writing out for me. I guess I'll have to just keep my fingers crossed until October and hope I find one while there

I think you have to walk in to the boutique to buy. They wouldn't even hold the watches over the phone if you said you'd be there in 30 min.

bigsom is right. i initially tried to call but the dealer said i need to come in person and i was limited to only one piece.
