To pass or not

Hello everyone. As I am looking at purchasing two watches with the same caliber but am not too knowledgeable about them I was hoping for help from the forum. Do these look ok? I did notice slight differences though they are both 652. If anyone would care to advise about wether or not to pass on any of the two or both, I would appreciate it. Seller says they keep time but need service.
Anyone care to have a peek and reply?
Thanks in advance.

You're asking us to give an opinion based solely on two movement photos? Really?

Sir, I have schizo-affectiveness but am not going to divulge too much info on watches I want to buy but are still for sale, hence...
Edit: right now I am in dysphoria. My psychosis is over. I don't have too much trouble with the depressions...I usually battle them with ridiculous humor but that can easily become psychosis. I read you suffer from depression; please allow me to wish you strength and good fortune in Life.
PS: you are from LA no? I once got sent to Wayside because I told the judge: no I do not understand, I comprehend exactly what is going on...but I do not stand under you 😀

@Johannes11, there’s another forum sticky you should have read, and that is the posting guide. No one can assess a watch without a complete set of pictures.

Also making light of someone’s serious ailment in such cavalier fashion is rude and inconsiderate, especially considering that if you had spent any time on the forum you would know that person has generously helped countless novices with his deep knowledge.

You should apologize, and read the vintage Omega posting guide before you start making fun of experienced members, and then be humble and thankful for people’s replies.
You’re asking people to provide valuable expertise for free, no one here owes you anything.

I like the second movement, it's got a nicer regulator.

I am not making fun of anyone. You are mistaken. I am a genuine individual and you are questioning my integrity which is a genuine error, i do believe

Response, not reaction to the above;

Schizo affectiveness is bipolar disorder where the manic episodes can easily become psychosis. It is very dangerous. As I have said; momentarily i am dysphoric. I will do as you have requested but i am not joking. Have a good day. Quand le ciel est si gris; il faut le pardonner.
PS: i have the best help in the world and am ( momentarily) voluntarily in a locked ward so dont worry.
May I point out that I made no demands whatsoever and attempted to be well-behaved. If I broke any rules...it was not due to malicious intent. I insulted no one even if that is your opinion, which you are entitled to but your remarks, quite frankly made me rather edgy. I hope you can find a way to not be so offended by any vernacular I may use

OK, I'll bite.
Movements have little or nothing to choose between them. Both are relatively OK. No excessive rust on steel parts. Screws are no chewed up, so they've not been serviced by a gorilla. Bridges look to be the same colour tone, indicating that they have not been swapped out. General state of the movement matches the case, I have no suspisions that these may be franken watches. Balance adjusters are centered, so no hint that the watch has been kept running when it was deperately in need of a service.

Both are chronometer grade. Nice movements from a decent manufacturer.

What I can't tell you is whether the movements work. There's no evidence that they have been serviced. Clearly no one can comment on the state of the case, dial, hands or value of the overall watch. Could be worth as little as a spare movement or as much as you like. Vulcain's aren't cheap. Well good ones aren't cheap, but without seeing the whole thing anything more than the above is crystal ball territory.

That is an outstanding looking watch! I really have no idea how to value it except by looking at the components separately (gold case, movement, etc.) and adding a premium for that dial style.

The (design ) dial of the Vulcain is marvellous and a beauty - but damaged. IMO a lovely mid-artdeco watch. WOW!
