The (design ) dial of the Vulcain is marvellous and a beauty - but damaged. IMO a lovely mid-artdeco watch. WOW!
Indeed damage to the dial but I believe it has the right crown and it looks sharp to my novice eyesight.
Thx btw

I like the second movement, it's got a nicer regulator.
I think the steel case watches got the lesser regulator

Sorry to hear about your own health problems @Johannes11 - wishing you a prompt recovery.
Those are beautiful watches but the seller on the first one seems to have had too many bad transactions. A 96% rating is pretty bad for an Ebay seller.
Also and due to the level of patina it’s unclear you’d be able to recoup your funds if you ever needed to resll them.

Thanks for your very kind words. I am not planning to
ever sell the watch ( the cheap one is mine, I believe you are referring to; the other one a friends'(pink gold...I, I, I can not...)). As for the seller; Syrte: I have had newspaper articles written about me that make me seem like half a cannibal, so... I had an interesting interaction with him and I want that watch ( to wear).
As for prompt recovery: I know you mean that in the best way possible but; these types of ' vulnerabilities' are for Life. You give the beast a name and try to endure it's presence.
Thank You for your message to me, I sincerely appreciate it.
