I’d like to buy one of these and this being offered for a good price. I can see the case has taken a few knocks and there are no movement pictures but the seller is saying it’s running perfectly. It comes with box and papers.

Can you see any reasons to avoid it? I’ve looked at others and I can’t see anything with this to say it’s not genuine but my eye is definitely not as good as others here. I’d very much welcome guidance.

    Thank you for your help.

Thanks I remember that thread. The problem is it’s a bit like those “spot the difference“ games and I’m not too good at them.
As well as confirmation of its genuineness I’m interested in whether people would see the dings as a red flag, not for aesthetics - I don’t mind a watch that has been worn - but whether people would be nervous about a watch so new with that much wear. For example, would you be concerned that the movement has been compromised because it looks like it may have been dropped onto concrete?

Sorry, I can't answer that for you, I prefer buying new to avoid having to worry about these sort of things.

I own one myself, very happy with it - it looks original to me by looking at those pics..

Thanks, good to know. Now I just need to decide on whether to take a punt on the condition.

Missed out by a whisker. Kicking myself a bit now because it went for under €2500 which is a good price I think. Still, there’ll be others.
