Thoughts ? Are the hands original ?

Hi there everyone,

I’ve come across this Rolex 6534 oyster perpetual automatic and I wanted to ask ya’ll if it’s seems original ?

The movement in this watch is 1030 which I am not sure if it’s the right one because ive seen 6534 have 1035 caliber in them.

the hands and the dial are my main concern here, I think the hands have been replaced with some other model and the dial too. But since me being a noob in Rolex watches, I really can’t say ..

Help a brother out, lemme know if it’s worth investing in.

I asked a friend of mine who is a Rolex watchmaker for his input, he tells me that it seems to be original but in poor condition.

Personally I think you'd be buying a project but a real Rolex one not a fake (in all likelihood).

Depends on the serial number. This dial/hand combo was introduced around 1960
