Thinking about buying an AT

Morning everyone, after quite some time I've decided to buy a blue 38mm Aqua Terra. I have two questions about it:
- What discount can I reasonably expect at my AD? I saw on watchcharts.com that it is selling for much lower than its retail price (≈ 3500£), does it mean it is in low demand and I can expect a higher discount?
- Although I'm probably going to buy it with a bracelet, I think that this watch is made to be worn with the rubber band. Is there a way to get the original one? I don't seem to find anything online except some replica on Etsy, which I don't know if it's high quality enough anyway.

Discount can vary depending on many things. There are several discussions talking about that on here, check them out. Watchcharts.com is a good reference and can also set you up with some watches for sale to get an idea of what they are selling for. Chrono24 can be another resource to check pricing and what is available out there. If you wanted to get the rubber band that could be purchased directly from your closest Omega boutique or AD. Maybe the AD could give you a break on the price of the band as part of your purchase.

airmemo, I have just purchased 43mm AT World Timer on bracelet. I contactedOmega regarding rubber strap, end links & Deployant clasp. They wanted an eye watering £ 608 GBP, seems very very expensive.

I hope this helps

Ouch, that's much higher than I thought. Can it be because of the deployant clasp though? Usually that's expensive.

They did break it down for me. I think the rubber was £300+, end links where about £100 is & Deployant was about £200 +. I might be a little out as when I was given total, I kind of lost interest. Problem is finding 21mm rubber is not common.
