My name is Nico Leonard, I’ve a Youtube channel as well. I’m absolutely shocked to see this but I’m not suprised to be honest. Oisin owes me allot of money and I know several dealers he fυcked over as well!

In his replies, threatening with Lawyers and asking not to text him is identical to how he replied to me before he blocked me. But he brought it to a next level by threatening me.

i have his address and i am proceeding legal actions, please get in touch with me and I’ll help you out to try and get your watch back via my lawyer. My

Only the first part of his statement is true that he was to keep one out of 4 watches.

No deal was struck that he will buy one at cost and return the remaining two. If he it did (which it didn't), he didn't follow through

And this makes the third person, while the account is brand new Nico is exactly who he says he is and you’ve likely seen videos of him swearing about Hublots.

The shipment will be marked for it's full value as a precious metal item and will be fully insured.
I will ship only to a lawyers office and with confirmation of receipt.

As per several previous comments, the declared value should be any values he’s added (I think we can safely say that’s zero), whilst the insured value should be the value of the watch.

Im fairly sure that’s correct from what @ChrisN and @Archer have posted recently.

Yeah, he's feeling the heat now. I am still skeptical about a safe return of the watches, but hope to be wrong, and if they aren't returned quickly, the heat will continue to build.

What an utter scum bag though. A pathetic, petty little man insisting you know instruct a lawyer, just to ensure you incur costs to retrieve your own possession.

You really need to contact his local police department today. A poster left the info for them a couple pages back. He’s counting on you not to do that. Call his bluff. It’s apparent that he has no intentions of returning your watch. It’s obvious he has no shame and he’s a thief.

Agreed, but custom bills can be disputed. _If_ he returns the watch to a lawyer, paying the 800£ import duty and then getting back by proving it wasn’t a sale might be a way, provided the OP has the possibility to front that money for a while.

I’m in a different country (EU) but went through that process once and while it was lengthy - took about 3 months - it wasn’t a big deal. I provided proof the custom declaration by the shipper was faulty (too high; he accidentally added a zero…) and got the money back.

Would never be able to collect on that… Best bet at this point is to take up @NicoLeonard ’s offer to use his lawyer for what will hopefully be a “God tier” resolution.

SHOCKING! BE warned! I’ve had many sleepless nights because of that man! I never wanted to publish this because this is part of being a watch dealer but now someone from the public got hurt, now the world needs to know.
