I mean we're all missing something here, or the dude is just totally delusional with all these replies.
And at this point I'm pretty confident he is delusional.
There is always 2 sides to every story, and now we've all heard one side of multiple stories, that all paint the same picture AND with evidence.
Not sure what this guy can say (if he even says anything at all) to come back from this.
I applaud @collector1946 and @NicoLeonard for how well they have handled the situation.
You both seem to be grade A dudes, and I hope for the best in this crazy situation.

Of course, when YouTube is a source of revenue for you, you will be concerned if getting thumbs down will affect your monetization. The answer is quite similar to the issue of rating – there is no direct way dislikes impact your revenue. But there’s always the chance they will do it indirectly. Hitting dislike takes effort, and as we know it, this is an alert for you that there is a possibility that you will lose exposure on the platform and thus your content will get less views, likes, and other important metrics. And when your video is less viewed it really loses the potential for monetization. And of course, no sponsors would be eager to support your creations if they see that you get a lot of negative feedback.

How about we all dislike his Youtube content.

Give him a thumbs down.

I understand the sentiment but there really aren’t two sides to this story -- people want their watches back and he hasn't returned them. We’ve seen evidence that he has stalled and delayed for months on end. The original owners don't need to give any reason for wanting their watches, they’ve been more than patient, and there is no reason why he continues to have them in his possession months after repeated requests. All he has to do is return what is owed, it really is that simple and one-sided.

My name is Nico Leonard, I have a Youtube channel as well. I’m absolutely shocked to see this but I’m not surprised, to be honest. Oisin owes me a lot of money and I know several dealers he fυcked over as well!

In his replies, threatening with Lawyers and asking not to text him is identical to how he replied to me before he blocked me. But he brought it to the next level by threatening me.

Actually maybe it’s a scam even if he doesn’t sollicit the watches on the videos themselves.
So long as the aura of respectability he creates on the basis of the You Tube channel serves him to obtain watches, then withhold them, that is a misappropriation of You Tube’s power.
I don’t really have an account on You Tube but someone who does should report this thread so that their legal department can take a look at the evidence…

Yep. Of course it would be a scam. Just because you don't solicit money from a bank doesn't mean you don't rob it when you steal from it. The act of keeping property that is not yours is 100% theft and a scam.
