I just like the effect of when the light hits the LiquidMetal on the bezel and fades away with the ceramic. An interesting look that no other brand achieves (well, Blancpain but it's the same parent company so that doesn't count!)....

I'm still partial to my 2500D as the best example of the model.
The one thing I feel looks really dated is the clasp, but the seamless integration to the bracelet is pure design genius.
I agree with you on this. Omega nails the integration. The clasp is no wider than the bracelet, same for the new Speedmaster clasp, which in combination with the new bracelet is brilliant. I know Rolex gets all the glory with easy link, but to me they are still a little bulky compared to Omega (and I mean specifically the Planet Ocean 2500 or the new 3861 Speedmaster, can't say for any of the other Omegas).

Mine is the original Planet Ocean Liquid Metal Limited edition. Purchased new in 2010 and still going strong as an everyday. Been through a lot with this piece and the Forstner 1450 just elevates it further.

Skyfall back on the bracelet for the fall. Weather hopefully will start to cool down.

The OEM rubber strap and buckle were worth the $500.

Here's mine. While it's certainly not a "stealthy" watch, it seems manageable on my 7.25" wrist. This color combination, which I thought was truly unique, caught my eye and that's all it took.

I agree. Only problem I cannot make up mind which bracelet or strap to use.
