Mrs. flw and I visited the Boutique today to pick up my dearly loved Diver, which had to make its first trip to the watch hospital. Very fast service - the turnaround time was a little over four weeks, and the watch is good as new (minus polishing, which I requested they not do). So it's back on my wrist:

While there, however, our technician (a wonderful guy) got out this little number and let me play with it for a bit:

He knows exactly what he's doing ... after I wiped off the drool, he put it back in the display case.

Now I have to start saving my allowance again :whistling::)

Your watch looks great after the spa treatment... understand the drool, the world time is a stunner.

I actually owned the World Timer for about a month before trading it for something else. It is a drop dead gorgeous watch, the best looking Aqua Terra ever made (and that includes the 2012 AT Skyfall), but I just couldn't pull off the 43mm size with my 6.75" wrists. It wears big, and heavy. Your mileage may vary, of course.

I noticed that when I tried it on. Definitely a consideration, especially given the fact that my wrists are smaller than yours!

Love the world time complication and this one is exceptional. I don’t have any in my collection but there’s a few I’d love, this one is is on that list. Now I’m drooling too, thanks.

Beautiful world timer. Hope it lands on your wrist soon. Anyone know what "Bienne" is? It's to the right of the date wheel.

That WT is special. When I do buy a WT, it will be between that and the JLC Master Control Geographic. Different styles, both great!

They must be following instructions from HQ, the last time I was in an OB a few weeks ago I was also steered in the direction of the WT. A stunning watch in the flesh, but there are other itches to scratch for me ;)

It'll be a little while. Mrs. flw has become a watch fan in her own right, and she wants this one for our next purchase:
omega-de-ville-tresor-42818396013001-l.png That said, she was drooling almost as much as I was, and said more than once that as soon as we get the WT, she wants to wear it too. Oh well ... a good problem to have. :)
