The crowns and hands look OK, but you have one very early pusher that is not right (but a rare part) based on the movement serial number, which puts the watch towards the middle/end of production of the .013. The back looks very polished, but so what, great watch.

Think twice. Chances are high that you get it back "like new" with all those original vintage parts replaced. 😵‍💫
+1
Make sure if they want to replace the pushers/crowns, etc., that you get the originals back !!!

I was trying to avoid sending it to Omega because of what you and others have said, so took it to a highly regarded and certified Omega shop in my area whom I have trusted with my father's rose gold 166-032 in the past. He insisted the domed crystal on my watch is incorrect and that it should be flat 😕 No matter how much I tried to explain to him he kept insisting that based on my "watch number" the Omega parts catalog is telling him it should be flat not domed. I reconfirmed with the Flightmaster Only book that domed crystal is correct for my watch. That's what made me think about sending it to Omega even though that was not my first choice. So I will heed your advise and take it to an Omega certified shop. Can you or anyone else recommend one in the San Francisco Bay Area? Thanks.

The crystal actually looks really good (and correct), I wouldn't change it. Gasket yes, glass no.

Great strap, where was it from ?

It’s a custom alligator strap from Aaron Bespoke in Montreal with a aftermarket deployment.

Question to some of the experts here, is this circular brushing finish also a factory finish correct?
I know they are usually sunburst. Just want some confirmation. Thanks!

I would encourage you to get in touch with Kelly Hunter at www.artofthewatch.com in Portland, OR. He has serviced or inspected every watch in my (very modest) collection and will provide the care and attention your watch deserves 👍.

Not an expert by any means, but they definitely came in both sunburst and radial finish. I don't know whether both variations were (originally) available on all models, but I like the starburst pattern better. When my 911 (in a 910 case) was overhauled last year, I opted for sunburst even though the original finish that was still faintly visible when I first purchased it was radial.

I posted photos of the work (and its paperwork and price) on p. 20 of this thread; unfortunately, the resolution isn't high enough to see the finish very well. Could not recommend Official Time Watch (in Utah) more strongly.

According to Flightmaster Only book all original 145.013 and 145.026 cases had starburst finish. The change to radial finish was made during 145.036 production such that some 036 had starburst finish while others (probably later production) had radial finish.

Great info, thanks! Is it then fair to say the radial finished ones are a bit more rare?

I so wish I would have bought one back when I had the chance (at more moderate price levels)

I am sure you all know what you mean, but as a pedant I feel I should mention radial and sunburst are the same finish!
