One of the nicest complete sets I've seen in awhile. Started with a $75 BIN price reduced to $45 BIN and now with bidding. Did you know these were originally created for astonauts?🤦

I'm not a fan of incomplete set but these are out there as well.

time to wake up this thread, because a new addition to my Speedy arrived safely from the very nice member and thread starter "TLIGuy". (Thanky you again for this perfect and very rare golden watch band calendar! I love it!)
He shoot me a message at the beginning of Februar and asked me, if I am interested in a watch band calendar in "Gold" which he has in his collection....
He saw my posts of the Moonshine Gold Speedy Apollo 11 50th Anniversay (https://omegaforums.net/threads/fly...1-50th-anniversary.97871/page-13#post-1938977) and remebered the following picture and wrote:
"You can dress your watch up like Deke!!"
... and after a short conversation he did send the 1969 "Gold" Watch Band Calendar to me. This week it arrived safely in Austria in a small envelope together with a nice message as well:
Well I think he is totally right, there is nothing else to say! And fast I decided to not use the most famous "July 1969" to try it, but instead to test the November 1969 (on 25th the Dinner take place, when the golden BAs were handed over to the astronauts). And the result is an absolute stunner! The gold plated watch band calendar matches the Moonshine Gold perfectly and it gives the "new" BA a bit of the taste of the original BAs from 1969.
All I can say is: ! * AWESOME * ! Thank you TLIGuy for this great great idea!
His answer shout have space here as well:
"Excellent!!! So glad they arrived safely. The November one looks really great on the watch. Glad the color matches well and I love the look. It really gives it a nice touch. Enjoy, and yes please share a picture of it. I think this would be the first combo of its kind."

·@hansmaulwurf looks like they are a great addition to a beautiful watch. I was curious how the gold calendar color would work with the warm gold color of the watch. I think they look great together. I'm glad I was able to pass them along to you. Hope you enjoy them.
