Contemporary buckles for the period weren’t exclusive to Constellations and would be something like this

Or following on from that, something like this

Call for @kaplan
Like @Peemacgee said - the one on the left is the correct period/style

But the one on the right, while it was mainly for the earlier models, arrived on a couple of C-Case models for me - so anything goes

But I'd say find a one like the one on the left, it goes with the design language and I think it's the correct one - It's 100 euro + for an 16mm one. Be very careful though, so many fake sellers on eBay, what you see isn't usually what you get - best to get from Japan instead

@kaplan @Peemacgee @Spruce thank you guys!
And that's why I have asked here, as I'm a bit confused.
I have found this one, in line with Omega Buckle thread seems to be legit. Design in my opinion match with C-case also:

@kaplan the left one which you shared - there are a plenty fakes on eBay..

This design is one of my favourites and I think it's going to skyrocket once these become collectables - but not this specific one - because you have a wrong middle pin there - the correct pin is rectangular and very thick - this one goes very well with sporty / thick straps. When I was wearing my C-Case's - I used this one the most with thick vintage style straps like these ones: https://cnswatchbands.com/products/vintage-gray-nubuck-2-0

The middle pin you have could be an original pin, just another buckle

@kaplan
Im assuming, that you mean this type of pin:

..it is also in this seller offer, so it seems that there was MG buckle with two different type of pins. 😀
