What do you think about this one?
I wonder about dial/hand/Crown combination.

Unfortunately the seller has no pictures of the inside and no reference number.

But I think it is the older dial type and there should be the sword hands and a smaller crown.

Is that correct?

Nothing wrong with the hands/indices combo.
According to Desmond’s blog this is how a C-case was envisioned.
Not sure about the crown.
Case has seen some polishing and lost its brushing and facets - the problem with ‘soft’ 18k
