I wouldn't set foot in a boutique [unless it's to get out of the rain], they have little incentive to help. They are really a 3D version of a sales catalogue, they are there to showcase the range.
The Manchester office I mentioned is the main UK service centre, this is where the retailers send watches for repair and service.
There must be a similar centre in the US.
My Instruction/User manual gives the following for 'North America.
LVMH Watch & Jewelry USA[Inc.], 966 South Springfield Avenue, Springfield, NJ07081. Phone [+1]866-260 04 60.
May be worth a call.

Only been in a London boutique [not a happy experience].
Maybe we are better mannered here in the north.
My last post was mainly for member jsducote in Houston for information, seems like he had the same salesperson that I had.
Did you buy the BB?

I read an article by a watch collector recently. He is of the opinion that certain Tudor models are under priced and will soon go up in value [similar to their half brothers at Rolex]. Not to the same 'financial gain' level but whereby if you buy new, the re-sale value will not fall below your original retail purchase price just a few years down the line.
Nice watches and now with their own 'in house' movements.
