Evening all,

Wanted to drop another thank you for all who commented and helped on the above.

The update of the week is that I got a full refund, no questions asked, AND they paid the return shipping!!!!!



WTAF, I know, right!?!?

I paid for additional value coverage with UPS, just in case there were any “issues” during shipping.

However it arrived safely and full refund has been received.
It’s even back up for sale if anyone wanted another chance - different seller this time though - hmm

After everything, I am only down around £20 - I fully appreciate how lucky I am with this - gonna repurpose the funds into some servicing costs for existing pieces.

Glad to see that’s all you’re out. I bought my first vintage Omega 30 years ago when I knew nothing. It had a refinished dial and I didn’t realize it intil someone pointed it out.

… and it’s still says Original dial
