路I just had a long trip from Brazil to Scotland last week, spent a whole week there, and had the 3861 sapphire sandwich with me all time. It was a great company. I put it in a nato strap for more comfort.
When I came back it was around 27 seconds ahead (seven days, around 3.8s/d) but I'm not sure since I just set it according to https://time.is/London when I was leaving, than opened the site again to check when I came back, not sure how accurate that can be. Also, I ran the chronograph for a few minutes every day, some days for several minutes.
It took six flights with me, two of them were 12h flights.
Anyway, I realized that if I only had the Speedmaster Pro I'd be perfectly happy.
