You don't like the Omega red box 馃槻 ....?
I love it...but not Combine with speedmaster. I think it's more adapt with others omega series...(especially female one). But that's only my personal perception...

Naah I am just kidding. I have many in my cupboard, with their easy to peel outer skin....I actually bit dislike it.

The box with all the trinkets can be purchased separately. Current cost is about $700, but the price is going up to $900 shortly.

The parts department in Canada has 3 in stock at the old price if anyone wants one...

I have recently ordered the new sapphire sandwich Speedy Pro with the new box and extra goodies. Will hopefully be picking it up early next week. I'll post plenty of pics when it arrives!

yikes! $900 for a box, a tacky coin, a nato and a velcro. What are Omega smoking? If they want to raise the price I would rather see Omega upgrade the watch with genuine improvements to the bracelet, like proper screws for link adjustment instead of cosmetic screws over the pins. I would also like to see some sort of on-the-fly bracelet adjustment like the Rolex easy-link.

The screw over pin design is actually better than the screw only system Rolex uses, the screws are not cosmetic, they allow the pin to move inside the link without loosening the screw, if you don't use loctite on the screws of a Rolex bracelet the flexing of the links can cause the screw to come loose and fall out resulting in your $10k watch going crack on the floor. Happened to my brother's Daytona and it set him back $1500 for a service + crystal + bezel nearly happened on my Daytona as well.

Easy link is a nice system though, the new SM300 bracelets have a similar microadjust

I will vouch...

Luckily my GMT landed on the carpet!

Very annoying that they come loose.

Ok point taken about the screws. I still think $900 is steep for a posh box!

There is also a nice Apollo missions booklet, so another 50$, a screw instruments 50$ a magnitude lens 25$, medaillon 25$, and two nato strap with buckle 300$ (considering now omega sell original branded nato strap at 150拢)
So more or less you have 400~500$ of extra inside that box. As mentioned its a personal decision if you need it or not.

Great packaging for the new Speedy Pro. I bought my 3570.50 several months before they changed the model designation and the packaging. While I'm not sure I would have wanted to pay the extra $$$ for the new box/goodies, I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a little envious of that new box. I'm glad Omega finally gave the Speedmaster the presentation it deserves.

Just a question that I'm also asking to myself once I'll have the new box....where will you store the box? I mean it's nice enought to display it in your house, but so huge that you must have space to display it or can't simply store in your bedside table like the common red omega box.

Well, it's huge, and would just collect dust if I decided to display it somewhere, so it's being stored under the bed at the moment!
