·I've dealt with HQM in the past, they gave me a good deal on a Speedmaster (sold at under the price listed on their site) and excellent service after the sale. However, if that's the going rate for a SM300 now I'm a) selling mine, and b) a monkey's uncle.

·A 1967 SM300 should have pinholes, like this one. Note the typical spots or color changes on the bezel. Also there is no oxydation on the hands.

·i personally think the sm300s. . .which are more rare than speedmasters of various types, are the next vintage piece to really re-price. it would seem it is happening. ..these in good condition are very rare birds indeed
