Any thoughts on the crown on this 34/62? I looks off to me but I'm 1) not an expert and 2) I've seen different variations so maybe there is no single answer for something that could have seen repairs while in service.

Crown is replacement.
Skimmed caseback.
You can do better.

 

Could you clarify what you mean by skimmed caseback? Meaning markings were removed?

 

Per Larry's comment.

The crown is incorrect and the pusher is replaced too. Regrettably someone has removed/ skimmed off all of the military serial numbers from the outer caseback. For this model, this drastically reduces the value.

I got one for sale on the forum, correct crown but brushed out case back if you care.... it is going on eBay today....
