·Wonder if Jean Rousseau can do the Snoopy- or Aston Martin-style strap but with orange stitching for the Speedy Tuesday Ultraman. One of these could be very very nice. Will let the thread know if I get a response.

I can confirm the strap was $230 at the OB in Houston. They even have it in stock which was a surprise.

-Hit or miss if they have the hard plastic end inserts in stock. The inserts give the strap a slightly curved shape which works well with the sportier Speedy Tuesday looks. Otherwise you can get it made with the standard ends, which will leave a larger gap between the strap and case
-JR raised their prices pretty significantly over the last year. The custom order will probably be around $275 for the strap,

·While waiting for J-R to respond with a quote for a version of the "Snoopy" or "Aston Martin" strap with orange stitching, here's the Ultraman with my "Snoopy" strap fitted.

·Here’s the orange edition of of the Snoopy strap from J-R fitted on an Ultraman. It uses the Omega deployant clasp and has the rubber strap protector and is lined with black leather just like the Snoopy strap. I probably could have requested orange leather but didn’t.

Charges like a wounded rhino then.
Then again it is an artisan service and they look bloody fantastic. I’d like to see one in the flesh before pulling that trigger

·I hadn’t got round to ordering the strap from JR for my FOIS because the OEM one wouldn’t fit due to the 19mm lugs. However was passing a local boutique (Old Bond Street) and they reccomended the rubber strap from a PO GMT Deep Black. They didn’t have the clasp in stock so walked to the Regent Street boutique and bought it all and was fitted there. It’s slightly different to the snoopy however it’s really similar in the look and a great alternative IMO for the people rocking a FOIS/CK2998 etc.

·I paid $260 for my blue JR cordura strap with orange stitching. Same mold as the Snoppy. Took several weeks but very well made.

·What is the cost of that strap? It is nice Omega will let you buy them. Big thumbs up against Rolex.
