Yet another Certina Certidate with radium dial, this time an automatic, ref. 28521, as shown in the Certina catalogue of 1958.

Hi all!
Just got one of my personal grails. The endgame certina IMO! Direct from the first owner, untouched (and full of radium 😅)
My initials being DS is just the cherry on the cake! 😁

Congrats, that's really a beautiful example of an iconic model! And having your initials put prominently on the dial Certina-ly 😉 increases the emotional bonding.

I always admired this watch but don't have the guts to own one, given its radiation level. All the more, it's always lovely to see one.

Yes, I didn’t realize how hot it was until I got it. the Geiger counter goes a little nuts when put against the crystal, I get a 70mivroSv reading 🫣
