no this was from about 2 years ago when I got it.
this article explains the British Standard time experiment in 1968 when they moved the clocks to British Summer Time for 3 years to try to reduce traffic accidents. It apparently worked, but they went back to the standard time in 1971 I believe. Seiko kept up with the story and made the GMT watches accordingly, separating London from GMT time on what was called "Error Bezel", but actually it was not an error due to the change in time policy from 1968-1971.
