Hi all, please can I have a legit check on this 300mm 36mm?

Size suits my wrist (6.25inch) perfectly but would like some clarity.

It’s on eBay and will go through the eBay authentication process.

It looks legit, but it has definitely been refinished, and the work there isn't great, but that can be fixed.
