·The S is wrong, that font for 12-3-6-9 I have never seen before, the font below Omega should be serif in that period.

·Like others have said, if you do a quick google image search of this forum you will find plenty of examples to compare to. It will become evident that the quoted specimen is a very poorly executed redial.
