My wife often borrows my Speedy and NTTD, both on nato straps. Don't have a picture of the NTTD, but I like the oversized look for both (the 47mm Panerai is now hers as well):

From the pics I've seen, the SMP looks lovely on a lady's wrist. As long as you don't mind a larger sized watch.
