That watch actually didn't come with any lume to begin with. That's all patina and not from lume induced radiation burn.

Actually, it's the yellowing of the natural lacquer used to coat the dial. Sometimes this gets accelerated by exposure to ultraviolet radiation from the Sun when the watch was worn a lot outside. That's why some dials have more of this type of toning than others.

I guess you can call it "patina", since it comes from the normal wearing of the watch,

I looked at this watch today. The seller was kind enough to met me at let me look it over because I was seriously looking at adding it to my collection. The was very nice and in excellent operating condition. The case was unpolished but he case back was worn and the engraving slightly visible. The bracelet appeared to be in nice shape and very tight. The only issue I could see was the missing Omega logo in the crystal. I'm no expert but I assume it should be there or it could be aftermarket. This would be a very nice addition to any one looking for a '68. I only passed because I have my eyes on a Rolex 1675.

Purely my lack of experience with them, and the low price for a Lemania 1275 (Omega Cal 321/320 relative) chronograph.

I honestly don't see how you can lose at that money, its like Seamaster money for a column wheel chronograph with a great movement. If I didn't have my Calibre 320, I'd just just bought it.
