the other watch has replacement hands, dial, bezel and ... Who knowA. If you look at pictures of other watch, it would almost appear it was in a fire before being "restored." This is to say nothing of the case that has been polished to a rune stone.

but otherwise, you're saying timeosok's watch isn't NOS?

This is a much better version with all the proper bits of course expensive: http://www.ebay.com/itm/RARE-OMEGA-...119322931?pt=Wristwatches&hash=item232f69df33

the timeosok watch is not NOS. You can tell the outer case has wear, the rehaut ring is faded with wear. As you can tell from the last photo the bezel, dial and hands were all replaced which were in really bad shape. I think there might have been moisture and a cracked crystal based on the damage before it was serviced.

The most important feature on a big blue IMO is the bezel which is very very hard to find.

Sorry, Kringkily, there has been some confusion. The timeisok watch IS the "much better version" you link to above, which I agree is very nice.

The other piece I originally posted on here as being bad, bad, bad is the one for which you are writing to convince me is bad, bad, bad but incorrectly describing as the "timeisok" piece.

See my original post. The bad watch the guy was originally asking $8,850 for, until, in connection with an offer I made him, I pointed out the NOS timeisok piece as even cheaper than his badly worn and pieced-together watch. Shortly thereafter he moderately reduced the price (and, clearly, didn't accept my offer).

Movement looks very clean, how would you rate that dial condition in terms of the lume? I know they're older and less waterproof compared to 105.012/145.012s, just not sure how much destabilised lume is acceptable on a 105.003 though.

While the dial could be better, I would say it's not a deal breaker for me.

And for Stuart and others interested in experimental models, there's an Eqinoxe up for sale. It's not totally pristine but there don't seem to be a lot of these around.

If that ones aimed at me, its the only 'reverso' i can afford right now, but compared to yours is lacking a certain something. Interesting piece of omega history though.
